Strictly Come Dancing’s FitSteps for ALL ages and Abilities
This fun packed class has been deisgned by Strictly’s Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite. Take the dances and songs from Strictly, forget about having a partner to dance with, and enjoy an easy to follow trip around your very own ballroom in your local village hall. This class helps build confidence, burn calories and boosts cardiovasular and motor fitness. And most importantly it’s a little escape from day to life into the magic and sparkle of Strictly! who doesn’t need that in their lives?

Mini FitSteppers – Kids age 5 to 12 years
FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies) – suitable for the older active community
FitSteps and FitSteps Extreme – suitable for the rest of us!

Zumba is an energizing fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop.
Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. A fun filled hour giving you everything you need to help you feel great and look good. Add to that a super boost of motivation, positivity and friendship and your week is sorted. It’s for everyone! All shapes sizes, ages and abilities. What is Piloxing?
Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. In classes you wear weighted gloves to add extra resistance.
What is the appeal?
It’s a highly motivating workout with fast-paced music and fun moves. The fusion of boxing, Pilates and dance means that you are never stuck doing any exercise for long as the class keeps flowing. All moves can be tailored to accommodate people of different fitness levels, so everyone gets a great workout. As the instructor, I change the choreography and music regularly, helping to keep the class fresh. As with most forms of exercise, the endorphin rush following a class is huge. Many of my participants have been coming to Piloxing for years and find that it still continues to improve their fitness and stamina.
Why is it good for you?
The benefits of Pilates include longer, leaner muscles, improved flexibility and strength, better control, coordination, and endurance throughout the entire body. The benefits of boxing are chiselled arms, a defined back and a fabulous sense of letting off steam and releasing tension. And who doesn’t love the emotional high that comes from moving to the rhythm with others while torching calories?

KIDS YOGA & Mindfulness
Suitable for primary and junior aged boys & girls this class is a joyful mix of games, movement and reflection – helping children feel stong under times of pressure, confident in themselves and have a healthy and loving relationship with their bodies …… and lots more. Yoga helps kids to:

Gentle YOGA class
Designed to keep the vibrant active older community fit and moving well for longer. Members of the marchesi pay £5 for 1hr/non-members pay £6 for 1 hour. NO NEED TO BOOK bring a mat if you have one (I have spares).
