Starting Friday 5th October our GIRLpower – mindfullness and Yoga class will change to include boys and girls. Suitable for primary and junior aged children this class is a joyful mix of games, movement and reflection – helping children feel stong under times of pressure, confident in themselves and have a healthy and loving relationship with their bodies …… and lots more.
4.45pm til 5.30pm at the lovely National Trust Footprint Building Windermere
I use yoga and mindfulness as a framework and we create as a group from here… ALL first classes are FREE – so you can give it a try – if your child doesn’t enjoy it – thats fine – and if they do that’s fine too!
After that if you want to continue you can pay as you go £3.50 per class or buy a pass which has 6 classes on it £18 (£3 per class) use whenever/however you like! No blocks/terms etc x
